Due to the rapid growth of the Internet in the present years a revolution has emerged in the development of several fields. Additionally the Internet began very popular, with main reflection on several sectors. The main concerns of the sector related to World Wide Web were to establish their presence on. As such the presence of publishing sector was widely evolving due to the emergence of the technological developments of the telecommunications and computing industries and the appropriate business environments. And it is easily understandable that new services and techniques are being developed. However a number of issues continue to concern the e publishing industry that lead to several failures in the process of development. These issues can be briefly mention and they are full compatibility and open standards, copyright and content control. Additionally limited content offering and hardware quality and pricing and the economic impact e publishing on the core print businesses of major publishing houses.  These are some of the main reasons why the adoption rates of the republishing technology remain low. Finally beside this fact it is obvious that the publishing sector had achieve to make some evolutional step in his development, however the time will show how these technological steps will be adopted by the public audience.
