        organizations since the reasons doing that are various.  Moreover, the 
        presence of publishing sector is widely evolving due to the emergence of 
        the technological developments of the 
        telecommunications and computing 
        industries and the appropriate business environments. Because of this, 
        new services and techniques are being developed. 
        
        The publishing sector applications can reduce the time the human 
        resource division of a organization spends on routine and administrative 
        tasks to focus its staff more on strategic initiatives and creative 
        solutions to a severe problem. Furthermore, the publishing sector 
        applications have already evidenced some potential that will be 
        introduced additionally [DIC 86]
