Introduction                                                                                           

 

The rapid growth of the Internet in the present years has emerged a revolution in the development of several fields. The big bang began when the user-friendly, with use of browsers and search tools, World Wide Web was introduced in the early 1990s. Furthermore, this allowed Internet users to operate with more information data. As such, the Internet began very popular, with main reflection on several sectors, to establish their presence on World Wide Web. Today a presence on the Internet is becoming a necessity for many organizations since the reasons doing that are various.  Moreover, the presence of publishing sector is widely evolving due to the emergence of the technological developments of the telecommunications and computing industries and the appropriate business environments. Because of this, new services and techniques are being developed.

The publishing sector applications can reduce the time the human resource division of a organization spends on routine and administrative tasks to focus its staff more on strategic initiatives and creative solutions to a severe problem.
